Background

Operating out of Sablecoast ports and coves, these raiders work the coastal trade routes between the southern shore and the rest of the Peninsula. They are opportunists rather than ideologues — they follow the cargo. Some have spent time in corrupted waters or handled tainted cargo without knowing it. A few carry the earliest signs of the Draft: a slight chill that doesn't leave, small forgettings, a hand that aches in cold they didn't used to notice. None of them know what it means.
